Once described as the boozy, bumptious and rowdy celebration of Hollywood, the Golden Globes took a turn for the better on Sunday night. The red carpet was draped in black, Seth Meyers decided to tackle a serious issue, and the Hollywood decided to put a spotlight on the troubles women face in the industry.
